Step 1 · Property
Measure the property you actually care for.
Locate the property, trace its turf, buildings, and hard surfaces, describe their conditions, and download a completed property-care planner.
This single-file planner stores your entries locally. Address search, aerial imagery, and PDF generation require an internet connection.
Step 2 · Map surfaces
Trace each property surface
- Choose Turf, Building, or Hard Surface.
- Select Start tracing.
- Tap or click once at the first corner of the surface.
- Continue around the outside edge. Place a point at every corner or change in direction.
- For a curved edge, use several points placed closer together.
- Use Undo point if you place one incorrectly.
- After placing at least three points, select Finish surface. The planner connects the last point to the first and calculates the square footage.
Do not drag the map while tracing. You do not need to place another point on top of the first point.
Aerial measurements are planning estimates. Verify important dimensions on site. Parcel lines are not surveys.
Step 3 · Conditions
Manage each section for its own conditions
Step 4 · Calculate
Calculate products by section
Enter only rates supported by the product label, soil test, or lawn-care plan.
| Section | Area | Target N lb/1,000 | Fertilizer lb product | Seed rate lb/1,000 | Seed lb | Topdress depth in | Topdress cu yd | Water target / rain inches | Water gallons |

Step 5 · Download
Put this plan into the customer PDF
The filled PDF includes property information, section areas, conditions, priorities, and product calculations. It remains editable in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
